"Glinda," by Cassie Mitchell

A brief statement about the artwork: I’ve never seen Wicked before it came out in theatre. I enjoyed the message about what it means to be different and how your actions impact others. I wanted to draw some fan art for the pieces, particularly the scenes that stood out to me the most. I loved hearing “No One Mourns the Wicked” because I didn’t realize that in the song, Glinda was talking about herself. I thought everything about it was beautiful, so I wanted to draw it!
